I spent these past days, actually close to a week, on fixing “inconsistencies” in my Macintosh HD. I have dealt with broken links, suspected data corruption, a variety of transgressions and migrations, I have repartitioned, asked for permission, and verified capacities, reinitiated and subsequently reinstalled not once but three times data, scripts, applications and other items I care little about - except that they insiduously have taken control over a generous chunk of my life. It feels like one massive car crash which leaves behind nothing but a mess of blotted memories, claims and frustration - hence no Photos!
Ah, to live in the best of all possible worlds!
